I bought the set during the Labor Day sale. When I went to download it I got an error message and have not been able to download the set. I emailed customer service twice and left a message on their twitter page. I have not gotten any kind of response so I can only conclude that “customer service” on this site doesn’t exist. Since I can’t look at the product I bought and there’s no help available I have to give this a low rating.
